1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing aFFirmFirst, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Prohibited Usage

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Host illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer our encryption or canvasing protocols.
• Launch DoS attacks against our edge infrastructure.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund and IP blacklisting.

3. Service Levels

We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, "hiccups" in the pixel stream may occur during extreme load or ISP throttling. We are not liable for lost revenue due to downtime.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
