Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aFFirmFirst ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

aFFirmFirst provides digital asset protection services including but not limited to: encrypted image streaming, canvas-based rendering, steganographic watermarking, domain locking, and real-time threat analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with multiple tier options.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Usage

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Host, distribute, or protect illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent our encryption, canvas rendering, or watermarking protocols.
• Launch denial-of-service attacks against our infrastructure.
• Use the Service to facilitate copyright infringement or intellectual property theft.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund and permanent IP blacklisting.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to the Service. aFFirmFirst does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We only process your content as necessary to provide the protection services you have requested.

6. Service Levels

We strive for 99.9% uptime for Pro plans and 99.99% for Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or actions outside our reasonable control.

7. Payment & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aFFirmFirst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your encrypted assets will be scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period. You may export your unencrypted assets during this period.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless an alternative jurisdiction is agreed in writing for Enterprise customers.
